Rolik

Desk trolley, 2016

The Rolik desk trolley was designed by me during my internship for the personal use of my mentor Paul HOFFMANN.
This project allowed me to analyse the difficulties and problems involved in the transfer of a theoretical project to the actual production of a furniture piece.
This desk trolley contains a working surface made of plywood, and two other shelves made of MDF. All these panels were covered with an eggshell-coloured laminate. The black decorative structure keeps the catalogues and documents from falling on the floor. The wheels on the lower plate of the trolley allows the user to move through the room without much effort.

Materials:
Plywood, MDF, laminate, black dye.
